How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month-to-month leases with a one month minimum stay.
When can I get to my recreational vehicle?
Our property can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with an authorized access code. Office hours may vary but are typically 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed online, by mail, or you may drop your payment in our secure drop box. You may also arrange to have payments automatically deducted from your credit or debit card. We offer electronic invoicing via email. Please contact us to update your email address with our system.
What sizes of spaces do you have and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of RV storage sizes to meet your needs. Unit sizes and prices vary by size of vehicle being stored. Our prices are based on $1.50 per linear foot, measured from tongue to tail.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, debit cards or personal/business checks. You may make secure online payments HERE. We do not accept cash payments.
What other services do you provide on your property?
For our tenants, we offer a free sanitary dump station and free city water. We offer these services for a fee to the general public.
